Performance Studies NYU Departmental Meeting/Instructional Use Form
This form is for non-PS afflilated space use requests in the Department of Performance Studies. All requests must comply with the Department's Space Use Policy.
PLEASE NOTE: Performance Studies is not responsible for event setup and tech support. Event organizers must attend a mandatory tech tutorial in the space at least two days prior to the event. To schedule a tutorial, please email our Administrative Aide at email@example.com.
Important Day-of Protocol
- If the event is open to the public, event organizer must submit a memo to the Security Desk at 721 Broadway (main floor lobby) and the Department. The Department is not responsible if guests are denied access to the floor.
- Event organizers are responsible for ensuring the space is clean and all technology is turned OFF at the end of the event. Loaned keys must be returned to Performance Studies staff immediately after the event. For events ending after hours, keys can be slipped under the door of room 603.
THIS FORM IS NOT A GUARANTEE OF SPACE AVAILABILITY. The Department will review the request and contact the person listed to confirm availability.
